How we build
Building should be exciting, not stressful. Here’s exactly how it works with us, and roughly how long each part takes.

STEP 02
Choose from the range and pick your roof, cladding, kitchen grade and colours. Or bring your own plans for a custom build.
1–2 weeks
STEP 03
A written, fixed-price quote with a clear timeline. We sort the council side: consent, or the exemption notice for a 70 m² home.
2–4 weeks
STEP 04
Our own team builds it, led by one named site lead. You get a photo update every week and a phone that gets answered.

STEP 05
A full walk-through, the keys, your warranty paperwork — and we’re still here if anything needs a look.

Yes — roof, cladding, colours and kitchen grade are all your choice. Bigger layout changes are a custom build, which we’re happy to price.
